Financing Mitigation and Adaptation by Developing Countries

It is also agreed that even if temperatures are contained, many developing countries will still suffer significant climate damage. Investment in mitigation and adaptation activities will need to be scaled up significantly as part of an integrated strategy to address climate and development goals.
