Published By: SAMA on eSS | Published Date: January, 09 , 2012The Draft Assisted Reproductive Technology Bill and Rules 2010, is the latest draft of following the incorporation of additions and modifications to the Draft Bill 2008. The new Draft was expected to address various serious gaps in the earlier draft. However as is pointed out in this comment, this draft falls short of addressing many concerns vis-à-vis women’s health and rights.
