Urgency of Understanding Sanitation Drivers in ‘Smaller Cities’ in India: National and International Relevance

They have glaringly inadequate sewerage and public sanitation infrastructure. But there is still time, before they grow too large, to begin to provide some of the requirements for a healthy urban life.
