Indian Military Diplomacy: Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief

This paper begins with a brief review of India's changing structure of disaster management at home. The concluding sections of the paper review some of the domestic constraints on and imperatives for developing an effective HA/DR policy beyond India’s borders.
