Report of the Committee constituted to evolve Guidelines for Accreditation of Health Research Organizations

The Secretary, DHR, constituted a Committee under the chairmanship of Rajinder Kumar, Retired Professor of Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore to evolve guidelines for accreditation of health research organizations in the country. The Committee met on 26th October 2010, 29th November, 2010, 3rd January, 2011 and 17th February, 2011 and deliberated the issue in depth. The committee was set up to develop guidelilnes for accreditation of health research organisations with a view to improving research governance for which guidelines which is one of the mandates of the Department of Health Research. http://www.dhr.gov.in/index.htm
