Report of the Short Course on Gender, Health and Development
Published By: SAKHI on eSS | Published Date: August, 15 , 2004The course aims at sensitizing the people working in the health care field on gender issues and encourages them to develop an in-dept understanding of these gender influences on the health of women and the interlink ages between Gender, Health and Development. More importantly, the course also focuses on the need to be able to operationalise gender and equity concerns in the planning and implementation of interventions, policies and research.
