Affective Cosmopolitanism Ashis Nandy’s Utopia

Nandy’s proposed response to this recognition of suffering is primarily affective. This recognition leads to a politics, and a vision – that her is termed ‘affective cosmopolitanism’. Nandy’s ‘affective cosmopolitanism’ constitutes, it is argued, the opening moments of new debates in cosmopolitanism.
