Going Places? Visitors, Enthusiasts and the Public History of Transport

The role of displays put on by museums and by heritage transport attractions - organisations such as steam railways, paddleboat shipping companies, vintage bus and tram operators, and so on, which operate obsolete vehicles for the public's benefit are explained.
