ICDS Mission: The Broad Framework for Implementation

Strong Constitutional, legislative policy, plan and programme commitments including a range of national programmes notwithstanding, improved early child development outcomes remain a real challenge. Certainly, there is a need for higher investment, greater commitment at all levels besides application in terms of design, delivery and deployment of resources, both human and financial to restore the overall growth and development of children.
