A benevolent dictator but one who sincerely loved the masses. She is unforgivably not a leader who believed in the collectivity of a Party to afford democracy. But she did what was needed. She displayed vulgar display of wealth and even marked by insecurity. But she sought to use the Social Wealth for poor people. She took the State to the People and thereby negated the Role of the Market.
