Sexual Harassment at the Workplace: A Continuing Story
Published By: eSocialSciences, Mumbai, India | Published Date: February , 2016The reinstatement at TERI of a man accused of sexual harassment to the post of vice chair even as the case is pending is nothing short of cocking a snook at the law and the norms that came into being after a long struggle by women’s and civil society organisations. TERI’s later action of asking the vice chair to go on leave, does not change the perception that sexual harassment is not a serious concern in public institutions.
