Incentivising Integrity in Banks

In the aftermath of the global financial crisis, many different cases of malfeasance and corruption at banks have been exposed. To date, settlements worth more than US$ 230 billion have been agreed between banks and national authorities to rectify abuses. At the heart of this crisis is a break-down of integrity. This paper tries to find measures of promoting integrity within the banking system.
