Assessment of the Bhutan Anti-Corruption Commission 2015

The assessment of Bhutan's Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) represents the first time Transparency International has conducted an independent assessment of this sort. The tool will be applied to other countries in 2015 and beyond. This report is based on an analysis of Bhutan's policy and corruption context, as well as exhaustive research and extended interviews with government officials to develop an agency profile and assess performance and capacity around a series of indicators. The assessment formulates a series of recommendations for the ACC and other government officials
