A Note on the Contribution of Small and Medium Enterprises to GDP in Bangladesh

This note provides a review of the present status of SMEs, especially in terms of contribution to GDP and employment, and identifies the underlying policy implications for ensuring rapid growth and development of the SME sector in Bangladesh.
