Issues in the Analysis of Global Value Chains and Their Impact on Employment and Incomes in India

The sectors looked into are labour-intensive manufactures (garments and leather products), technology-intensive manufactures (automobile components), and knowledge-intensive services (software and business process outsourcing (BPO), or Information Technology (IT) and information technology enabled services (ITES).
