Punjab Youth Policy 2012

The central theme of the policy is integrated youth development by creating an enabling environment to help them develop skills, competencies and a passion for a positive contribution to the society. It develops human resource base of the youth and aims to transform them into a dividend and much needed human social capital through grooming their competencies, skills and social commitment.
