Genesis and Evaluaton Political Parties in India

One of the very important manifestations of change is visible in the context of the politicization of the greater number of people, especially those belonging to the less privileged sections of society. In order to understand the present nature of the party system, it is important to trace its history and to refer to its political logic in the context of the changing state-society relationship.
