Nutritional Status of Women and Children and Working of ICDS in Flood Prone Districts of Bihar 2005

In course of several fieldwork in North Bihar the investigating team of SEDEM had observed that the general health of women and children is extremely poor and health facilities and Anganwadi services are also poor. A research proposal with focus on flood-prone districts was submitted to DWCD which was approved in June, 2005. The study commenced in July 2005, and presentation of main findings was made on 12th September 2005.
