Communal Violence in India
Published By: PRS on eSS | Published Date: June, 15 , 2011The National Advisory Council recently released a draft ‘Prevention of Communal and Targeted Violence (Access to Justice and Reparations) Bill, 2011’. The Bill intends to create a framework for prevention and control of communal and sectarian violence. It also aims to provide relief to victims of such violence.
