Beyond Cancún: Market Opportunities Trump Multilateral Discourse

Reflecting on the outcome of Cancún, two results clearly stand out: first, the collaborative and inclusive – yet decisive – approach by the Mexicans that gave multilateralism another chance; and second, a new narrative of emissions reductions as an important driver for green growth.
