Stop Stunting in South Asia: A Common Narrative on Maternal and Child Nutrition

bodies, national and sub-national governments, development partners, research and academic institutions, national and international NGOs, civil society organizations, and the media to accelerate
progress towards the target set by the World Health
Assembly to reduce the number of children under five
who are stunted by 40%, from 171 million in 2010 to
about 100 million in 2025 (WHO 2015).
