Demand Side Management Options (DSM) for Hotel Industry in Malaysia

Demand Side Management refers to activities designed to change electricity consumption at consumer's end and historically, DSM programmes have been carried out through active intervention by utilities. Utilities adopt several measures including incentives such as rebates, soft loans, time of the day tariff to involve customers in DSM programmes.
