Improving the Legal Process in Enforcement at SEBI

enforcement process, particularly on the quasi-judicial functions. An attempt is made to lay out the
principles that ought to drive such functions in a regulatory body, against which a comparison is made with the
current workings at SEBI. A series of improvements is proposed through which the rule of law could be
