Pakistan's Nuclear Security: Separating Fact from Fear

The author argues, however, that such concerns have been largely overblown and that Pakistan has undertaken commitments and measures to safeguard its arsenal, as was confirmed in last month’s nuclear security index published by the Nuclear Threat Initiative.
