Networks of Experts and Non-Traditional Security in Asia

These non-traditional security (NTS) threats have affected the security of individuals, ethnic groups, women, and local communities. As a result of these multiple impacts, governments, businesses and non-governmental organisations increasingly turn to technical experts who can assess these issues, determine their effects on the general public, and suggest ways to address them
