Energy vulnerabilities faced by the Asia-Pacific were discussed, and the need for a new regional architecture based on cooperation emphasised. This seminar was jointly organised by the RSIS Centre for Non-Traditional Security (NTS) Studies and the Singapore Ministry of Defence for government representatives from defence and security agencies in the Asia-Pacific region.
