Our Mining Children A Report of the Fact Finding Team on the Child Labourers in the Iron Ore and Granite Mines in Bellary District of Karnataka

Labour laws say that children below the age of fourteen should not be employed in any hazardous activities. The activities that the children in the iron ore and granite mines in Bellary are engaged in are some of the most hazardous activities that a nation could pus h their children into.
