Climate Change: Impacts, Vulnerabilities and Adaptation in Developing Countries

Climate change is anticipated to have far reaching effects on the sustainable development of developing countries including their ability to attain the United Nations Millennium Development Goals by 2015 (UN 2007). Many developing countries’ governments have given adaptation action a high, even urgent, priority.
